Return and Exchange Policy
At MagicMart77, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our return and exchange policy below.
Returns
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, final sale, and perishable items cannot be returned.
Return Process:
1. Contact our customer support at support@magicmart77.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions, including a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping:
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping.
Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
Eligibility: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Process:
1. Contact our customer support with your order details and the item you want to exchange.
2. Once approved, return the original item as per our return process.
3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll send the replacement product.
Exclusions: Limited-edition or out-of-stock items may not be eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Refunds may take 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
